MCO-Team B.V. (MCO-Team) collects and processes data of visitors to its website, users of its apps, (the contacts of) its customers, its suppliers and of its business relations (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'you'). Through this privacy notice, MCO-Team aims to inform you about how we handle and protect the data provided or to be provided by you (and/or your device). Please read this privacy notice carefully so that you understand what data we collect when you visit MCO-Team's website and take note of how we keep your data secure.
MCO-Team will update this privacy notice periodically. The date indicated at the bottom of the privacy notice indicates when the privacy notice was last updated. MCO-Team is responsible for the processing of your personal data and thus fulfils the role of 'data controller' in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2.0 What does MCO Team do?

MCO Team BV specialises in the most ‘cool’ part of your organisation. By linking or combining our four services – advice, engineering, maintenance and cleaning - we guarantee optimal cooling capacity. Demonstrable, independent and future-proof.
3.0 What categories of (personal) data may MCO-Team collect/process in relation to your person and/or the device you use?
MCO-Team processes (personal) data relating to visitors to its website, (the representatives of) its customers, suppliers and its business relations (hereinafter referred to as 'customer data').
a. Processing of (personal) data of visitors to MCO-Team's website(s)
When you visit MCO-Team's website(s), MCO-Team collects and processes your (personal) data and that of the device you use to visit the website.
MCO-Team may collect (technical) data by means of cookies, log files or similar techniques. Cookies are small files that can be placed on the device with which the MCO-Team website is visited. With the help of these cookies, the web page displayed can be tailored to the device (and software) with which the website is visited, and the user's web browser can keep track of which web pages have been visited, thus enhancing the user experience of the website.

MCO-Team uses Google Analytics cookies on its website(s), to increase and improve the quality and effectiveness of its website(s). MCO-Team uses tracking cookies placed by a third party. Permission to place these tracking cookies is requested. The information collected by MCO-Team through tracking cookies will be used in a targeted manner to provide specific offers.
Public sources are not used to enrich received (personal) data.

MCO-Team collects and processes (personal) data of customers, suppliers or business relations working with MCO-Team.

For verification purposes and for the purpose of its business processes, MCO-Team may use other sources - such as the trade register - to collect and process data around its customer, supplier or business relationship in order to counter - among other things - (identity) fraud, money laundering or unauthorised financing.

5.0 Transfer of (personal) data by MCO-Team to third parties
MCO-Team will share (personal) data with third parties only on the basis of a limited number of purposes, as described in this privacy statement. These include the sharing of information (1) to enable third-party service providers to assist or support MCO-Team in its services to its customers; (2) to enable MCO-Team to comply with its obligations under laws and regulations, or to respond to lawful or judicial requests addressed to MCO-Team, irrespective of whether this is necessarily required under laws or regulations; (3) to safeguard MCO-Team's rights vis-à-vis contracting parties, relations or third parties; (4) to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens or third parties; (5) to enable suppliers, administrative service providers, financial service providers, technology service providers, and carefully selected third parties to support MCO-Team in verifying, validating, improving information and (personal) data; (6) in the event you give your consent, for further specified purposes.

Although MCO-Team requires from its service providers and trading parties - and in some cases contractually imposes on its service providers and trading parties - that these parties process (personal) data in accordance with MCO-Team's principles and principles in the performance of their activities, MCO-Team is not responsible for the actions of these parties or the manner of processing (personal) data by these parties.
In the event that MCO-Team would be acquired by or would merge with a third party, MCO-Team has the right to provide your (personal) data as part of this merger, acquisition, sale or change of management. In the unlikely event of bankruptcy, suspension of payments, reorganisation, or other circumstances as a result of which the control within the organisation shifts under laws or regulations beyond the control or power of the management, MCO-Team cannot guarantee how your (personal) data are processed.

The security of your personal data is important to MCO-Team. MCO-Team has taken technical and organisational measures to protect the information you have provided to us. Although MCO-Team strives to fully protect your data, it is possible that third parties - beyond the control of MCO-Team - may unlawfully access or intercept your (personal) data. MCO-Team cannot guarantee the security of the personal data you send to MCO-Team. If you send personal data to MCO-Team, you are aware of this risk. MCO-Team will notify you of a breach when required to do so by laws and regulations or in MCO-Team's view.
Within its strategic and organisational objectives, MCO-Team uses the principle of privacy by design to ensure the protection and security of your (personal) data in this way.
7.0 Transfer of (personal) data to third countries
MCO-Team does not send your (personal) data to countries outside the EU, unless this is necessary to realise the purpose for which the (personal) data were collected. In that case, MCO-Team will ensure that your (personal) data are processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
8.0 Retention periods
Your (personal) data will be kept for a certain period of time to the extent necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected.
To establish the specific deadlines for each processing, MCO Team uses the following guidelines:
MCO-Team uses retention periods with a maximum duration based on laws and regulations. For example, customer and transaction data is kept for a maximum of two years, unless there is an obligation to keep it longer or shorter.
MCO-Team uses retention periods with a minimum duration based on laws and regulations. For example, financial data is kept for at least seven years for the purpose of tax regulations.
9.0 The rights you can exercise
Technical data and cookies
You can adjust the way (technical) data is collected or used by MCO-Team's website via your web browser settings. Users who choose to reject all cookies from MCO-Team's website may experience more problems with website functionalities. Other data
In principle, you have the right to submit a request to MCO-Team to inspect your (personal) data. In addition, you have in a number of cases:

A right to submit a request to stop processing your (personal) data (e.g. because MCO-Team would no longer need these (personal) data to fulfil the purpose of processing)
A right to object to the processing of your (personal) data (regarding, for example, direct marketing and if you no longer wish to receive marketing messages from MCO-Team)
A right to data portability (when the (personal) data has been provided by you based on your consent)
